Isn't it beautiful? I can hardly wait to win. (A girl can dream, can't she?)
Speaking of dreaming...guess what I did today? A whole lot of nothing.
Well, I started the day off with two loads of laundry, but it got better, I promise. My mom and dad met me and picked up all three of my dear little darlings and took them to spend the night at a motel in southern Georgia (which is where my family will be holding it's annual Register Family Assosciation Family Reunion) tomorrow. My DH is at work and I was all alone. Sniffle, sniffle....
Yeah, right!!!! I went and bought groceries with not one person asking me for anything that wasn't on my list. I came home and read till I fell asleep and had super two hour nap with no one poking anyone or hollering and no blood shed or anything. I woke up on my own. No tattlers waking me up. Then..........................I went out on the town. BY MYSELF........gasp.
I went and bought myself a pretty new bra (I even had time to try it on) and then I took myself to Olive Garden for supper. (See, my DH and I won this $25 gift card there in April of 2008 and he won't take me out, so I took myself). It was grand. The waitress was very courteous and I tipped her generously.
Now I'm home and enjoying the peace and solitude. I'm gonna read till I fall asleep and then wake up and get ready for my family reunion and do my hair and make up and not be so angry that I poke myself in the eye with the mascara wand. Oh, BTW, I finally learned how to curl my eyelashes. Touch me.......LOL
Blessings, hope everyone has a great weekend.

My oldest child, the Science Kid, won an award at school for Academic Excellence in Science. He freaks me out. He can pull this crap out of the air and knows it. He's like his father.
My middle child, the Wild Thing, won four awards for Most Improved in all his core subjects. The Sylvan experience has definitely helped him.
The baby, shh, can't call her that out loud, she'll have a hissy. The baby is seven going on seven. She is such a sweetie. All loves and cuddles and smiles and giggles. I'm trying to cherish all this time, because, soon, she will be much more busy that she is now and will have too little time for all of this with mama.
Each one of my children is different (and thank God for that). But each one is fearfully and wonderfully made. I wonder how it is that they can drive us to the brink of insanity one moment and the next make us want to smooch the skin off their little faces.
I have truly been blessed with these three. Yeah, let's see what I'm saying about them two weeks into summer break. LOL.
Hope everyone is having a great week so far.
Blessings.

I don't really have a cohesive blog, but I have some little things rattling around.....
1. I need someone to tell me how to get my eyelashes curled upward. I finally broke down and bought one of those eyelash curlers, but my lashes are not long and beautiful and curled when I get finished. What is the secret?
2. Did Danny really try that note on idol last night?
3. What is up with the series Fringe? YIKES!!!!
4. How come teachers make so little money? And people who play football and basketball and can barely spell their names make millions?
5. Can you tell my life is so boring that I have absolutely nothing to blog about?
I need some comment loving y'all. Don't hate me because I'm boring.
